I am a single mother of 2 children. I recieve no child support, although child support is issued, and I am unemployed. I am also getting my type 1 diabeties under control (I almost died last august due to misdiagnosis and my sugar levels were in the 400-500 range) and need a vehicle to get to the doctor and find a job. The jobs in my area are scarce so I need to go to a different county and I have no money.

I need help and I don't know what else to do. I can't look for another job until I get a car because I have no way to get there. It breaks my heart when my kids, ages 3 and 4, ask for things they want or need or to visit their grandpa, who lives in the next state. I want to earn money to support my kids but I need transportation to get to work once I find a job.
